We offer a variety of options for our 77 Exhibitor Booths. We have the following options for our Exhibitors (View Exhibitors Floor Plan):

EX-01: Exhibitor Table Tops (6 ft x 8 ft), In foyer with 1- 6 ft Table (Includes skirted table, backdrapes & sign, Table top#1-32 only) and 2 full conference registrations) - $2,190
EX-02: Exhibitor Booths (8 ft x 10 ft) | In Ballroom 1- 6 ft Table (Includes skirted table, backdrapes & sign (Booths 33-77) and 2 full conference registrations) - $2,190
EX-03: Exhibitor Booths (8ft x 10ft) | In Ballroom 2- 6ft Tables (includes TWO skirted tables, Two Chairs, backdrapes & sign - (Booths 33- 77), 2 tables, and 2 full conference registrations) - $2,290
EX-04: Exhibitor Table Top (6ft table in foyer against wall) Includes skirted table, one chair, sign and (1) registration pass for brochure display - (One person table in foyer 29-32) - $1,095
EX-05: Exhibitor additional person per day (2 people are included in booth purchases EX-01, 02 and 03) - $385

EX-13: Exhibitor Power/Electrical (over 30 amps), $250.00 ($305 after 3/10/2023)
EX-14: Exhibitor Name Badge Scanner Rental, Lead capture hand-held name badge scanner for capturing barcoded badge details of booth visitors, $225
