EXHIBITORS/BOOTH OPTIONS

We offer a variety of options for our 68 Exhibitor Booths. We have the following options for our Exhibitors (View Exhibitors Floor Plan):

EX-01: Exhibitor Table Top (6' x 8' space), in foyer #1-16 / Includes 1-6' skirted table, 2 chairs, back drapes, sign & 2 full conference registrations. - $2,490 on or before 1/26/2024
EX-02: Exhibitor Booth (8' x 10' space) | In Ballroom / Includes 1 - 6' skirted table, 2 chairs, back drapes, sign & 2 registrations. Booths #19 - 65. - $2,490 on or before 1/26/2024
EX-03: Additional Table for 8' x 10' booth spaces / 1 - 6 foot additional table for your booth, includes 2 chairs.- $100
EX-05: Exhibitor Table Top Single Person (in foyer #s 67-71) / Includes 1 full conference registration, recognition on sponsor slideshow during breakfast, lunch and receptions. Sponsorship logo on Sponsorship Information page.1 - 6' table. - $1,595 on or before 1/26/2024
EX-07: Exhibitor additional person FULL CONFERENCE / Includes 1 full conference registration, post 2024 conference access to the new LMS Training Courses in order to earn CEUs through December 31, 2024 (includes breakfast T/W/Th and lunch M/T/W/Th).
EX-06: Exhibitor additional person PER DAY / This is a single day registration for an additional person to work in your booth. Please identify the extra day attending (includes breakfast and lunch). - $495 on or before 1/26/2024
EX-08: 60 Minute Demonstration / Demo to Attendees. Limited Spots Available. February 26-29, 2024. - $500

EX-11: Exhibitor Telephone/Internet line, Call in request for quotes
EX-12: Exhibitor Power/Electrical (5-15 amps), $100.00 on or before 1/26/2024; $125 starting 1/27/2024; $150.00 starting 2/19/2024
EX-13: Exhibitor Power/Electrical (over 30 amps), $250.00 on or before 1/26/2024; $300.00 after 1/27/2024; $350 after 2/19/2024.
EX-14: Exhibitor Name Badge Scanner Rental, Lead capture hand-held name badge scanner for capturing barcoded badge details of booth visitors. - $225
