My name is Brian Ogg and I'm an Environmental Scientist at the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC). I work in the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Authorization Unit where I analyze California's hazardous waste regulations to determine equivalency with their federal counterparts and develop rulemakings that ensure the state meets the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's standards.
